Vision is a free AI-visibility audit provided by Get Lonstern. This page explains what we collect when you request an audit, why, and what we do with it. It covers only the Vision audit form on this page.

What we collect

When you submit the audit form, we collect the details you enter:

• Clinic name
• Website (optional)
• City and state
• Email address

We also run public queries about your clinic against the ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity APIs to build your report. We do not collect payment details, and we do not ask for patient or health information.

Why we use it

• To run your audit and email your report to the address you provide.
• To follow up by email if you reply asking for help improving how AI reads and cites your clinic.

We rely on your consent: you give us these details specifically so we can run the audit and email you the result.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. Your details are used to run and deliver your audit. We use standard service providers (for example, our email and hosting infrastructure) to operate the service; they process data on our behalf, not for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission and report for as long as needed to provide the audit and any follow-up you ask for. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing us, and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your details, or to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@getlonstern.com. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the details you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this page from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
